I just checked my email and found a happy little surprise! I had submitted this layout to Practical Scrappers for their "Little Girls" publication call.
The email said "Congrats you've been published on Practical Scrappers". I had totally forgot about submitting it so, WOW! what a nice surprise.
Thank you, Practical Scrappers for finding my work "worthy" of publication.

April Scrapbook Page 1
I've really been caught up in making cards and have neglected my photos and scrapbooking.
I wanted to create a page of my Mom whom I don't have a lot of photos of. She is camera shy so it makes it hard to get photos.
I did the best I could with the few snapshots I have of her.

Jungle Fever
I created this page using the Life is a Beach and George & Basic Shapes Cartridges and my Cricut Expression.
Using George & Basic Shapes I cut a 10" circle out of patterned paper. Using Life is a Beach, I used the border and title words feature to cut out the bamboo border and the title "Jungle Fever".
These photos were taken at the Ripley's Aquarium in Myrtle Beach, SC.
