Life is a Beach: Title Words

Hello blogging friends!

Today, I am going to take you on an exploration of the "title words" creative feature on the Life is a Beach Cricut Cartridge.

"Title Words" are great little phrases that will work great on any of your summer/beach themed cards and layouts. Each title word comes with an image welded to it.

Here is the title word I chose to use on my card:

I cut this out on cardstock and then sprayed it with some homemade glimmer mist.

Since I chose to work with the title word escape I knew that I wanted to use this digi-stamp from Sweet N Sassy stamps:

I thought it would be nice to accent the image with more of those little leaves that are welded to the title word. So, I cut some out at 2in" and sprayed them with my homemade glimmer mist:

Here is the end result...

This card, which I have decided to call "Escape to an Ocean Paradise" is perfect for "The Beach" project call they have going on a Practical Scrappers so I am going to email it to them and see if they pick it up.
